Pebsham Pea Pods is our music and movement group held at the Pebsham Children's Centre, c/o Pebsham Community Primary School, School Place, Hastings Road, Bexhill, TN40 2PU on Thursday mornings. It starts at 9.30am for an hour.
This group has grown in popularity so much that we have had to restrict the numbers to 20 children and 15 adults. Therefore places are now allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We have a prompt start time, so although there are 15 minutes at the start of each session for free play, please note that the school gate will be locked at 9.45am after which time parents/carers will not be able to access the session regardless of whether it is full or not. This will enable the session to progress smoothly without interruptions.
We also have a ‘Pea Pods Charter’ to help aid parents sign up and keep to the to aims of the group.
Pea Pods Charter
Pebsham Pea Pods is a physical music and movement session for the under fours to enjoy with their parent/carer.
We aim to provide a stimulating and enjoyable activity where parents and child/ren can explore different music, and dance activities in a safe and supportive environment.
We ask that when you access a session you interact and support your child by;
· joining in the activities!
· provide a positive role model for your child, by not talking during singing/discussion times
· encourage and praise your child for their achievements.
